The Istanbul Park circuit is one of the most challenging modern circuits, for both teams and drivers.

"Turkey is one of the modern circuits, it has got some great corners and turn eight is the most famous. It is a four apex left hand corner. 
 
Four apexes one after each other and its very high speed. It has a positive camber as well so you feel the car compressing through the corner, and on a good day in qualifying it is a flat out corner. more »

Masters of Music To be in Istanbul next month

Istanbul will be hosting master interpreters, award winning young soloists, exciting music encounters, distinguished ensembles of the classical music world, famous Celtic music singer, and world famous Japanese drumming troupe.

The 37th International Istanbul Music Festival which will be held between June 5 and 30 will host world-known musicians including Anne-Sophie Mutter, Sir Andre Previn, Lynn Harrell, Juan Diego Flórez, Ann Hallenberg, Suna Kan, Chloe Hanslip, Sol Gabetta, Han-Na Chang, Elizabeth Watts, Jacques Loussier Trio, Daniel Barenboim and Italian La Scala Philharmonic Orchestra.  more »
